- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use DHL Worldwide Express for all shipments, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are exclusive of handling time, which may take up to 3 business days. Customs Processing Timeline is also excluded.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of €25, which will be converted to your local currency during checkout. This fee applies to all regions and order sizes.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Klarna-Specific Terms
For customers using Klarna as their payment method:
- Orders will be processed once Klarna confirms payment.
- If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you promptly, and Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
- Refunds for returns or cancellations will follow our Return Policy, and Klarna will update your payment schedule accordingly.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), covering all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
